11.00	First Session : Values
	Identify the priority values that should underpin and shape an alternative Ireland, that could mobilize us and that we could unite behind.
	3.	Café style deliberation on the values to shape our future
			Small table discussion with participants drawn from different sectors. The discussion will be assisted by a card listing out a range of key values for consideration. Set out five values in order of preference. Identify any other value that has potential but is not included in the list.
	4.	Creative moment – A value base for the new Ireland.
	5.	Results - A prioritised list of our Values - Consensus results of the deliberations.
12.30	Second Session: Policies
	Identify the Policy Choices that could give expression to these Values
	6.	Café style deliberation on the policy choices to achieve our future
			Small table discussion with participation drawn from different sectors. Each table will discuss two of the six themed areas in the ‘Choices’ document. Each themed area will be supported by poster cards setting out the policy choices that have emerged during the build up to ‘Claiming our Future’. The deliberation will aim to identify the preferences for each policy choice in each themed area on the basis of: transformative potential, ability to be popularized, relevance across different sectors, specificity of focus. The themed areas to deliberate on the policy choices will be: Economic development to serve people An effective response to environmental challenges Enhanced economic, social and cultural participation Public sector renewal Reformed taxation and income policies Democratic reform The deliberation will also identify if there are further themed areas that should be a focus into the future or if there are further policy choices that were not identified but should be considered in the future.
	7.	Creative moment – Policy choices for an alternative Ireland.
	8.	Results - A prioritised list of Policies for each Themed area - Presentation of consensus results of the deliberations.

3.00	Session 3
	Working Together To Achieve Policy Priorities And To Popularise Priority Values
	9.	Creative moment – building trust for cooperation and coordination.
	10.	A moment to assess the commitment to working together within a loosely organized movement for an alternative Ireland.
	11.	Café style deliberation to find Ideas for Action
			Small table discussion with participants drawn from different sectors Discussion to brainstorm ideas for actions to: Popularize our new transformative policy choices. Demonstrate support for our new transformative policy choices.
	12.	Creative moment – Alliances for change
4.00	Session 4
	13.	Café style deliberation to prioritise our Ideas for Action
			Small table discussion with participants drawn from different sectors This discussion will be facilitated by a listing of the ideas that emerged in Session 3 collated from all tables.
	14.	Creative moment – Alliances for change
	15.	Results – Presentation of the activities that are favoured to progress the policy choices prioritized.
